Almost always. New happiness can't start until old drama is finished (at least, mostly finished) The problem is that it is usually one of the hardest things we'll ever do. I have not one time regretted letting go (after everything was over), but I don't think I'm tough enough to let go again.

It is, but it's not going to be easy. You can't just suddenly let it all go, as it will most likely back fire...sort of like a drug user stopping abruptly. You need to slowly let go, start picking up small activities through out the day to help keep your mind off things. Eventually, you'll be letting go without you really realizing it.

Yep, but easier said than done! I know, I'm going through it right now.
-
It's better to let go if the holding on causes you distress or heartache.
-
Yes;) It does get better with time;) Good Luck;)!!
-
Yes, but it is not easy. I will if you will...:(
-
It's easier in the long run because you will eat yourself up inside wondering what could have been. If both parties aren't on the same page...someone gets hurt.
-
Sometimes letting go is the only thing you can do and is often for the best :)
-
...I find it is what you will eventually have to do...so it's only easier WHEN you have "let it go"...the process...well, that's another story.

I wonder... ?
