Splenda.

In my tea (and most things) I use 5 blues with 2 pinks. Occasionally, I'll add a little blue and MAYBE some pink on top of cereal, after I've poured the milk. The mix kills most aftertaste from the pink, and makes the blues a little sweeter. (I drink my tea from a V8 Smoothie bottle.)

Never use them.. They all have after taste to me.
-
I really can't tell the difference.

None. They cause cancer, eat holes in your brain, or do other bad things to your body; far worse than sugar. Also, they tend not to register in your body so it's easy to overconsume. Is eating three packages of Sugar-free Oreos better than a handful of the regular ones? Or a six-pack of diet soda versus a can of regular? As far as I am concerned, the only people that should be using artificial sweeteners are diabetics, people who literally cannot safely consume real sugar.

splenda and sweet & low

Sweet&Low, I hate the others!

I don't use them, all have Aspartame which harms our health very much, their license is long due and it is a known cause for stomach cancer. The enclosed link has been written by a doctor who has dedicated much of her time to the study and research of Aspartame. I use natural products. http://www.sweetpoison.com/ Regards.

Splenda

Mayonnaise!!!!! -The Klinger Out

None of them. I avoid artificial sweetener at all costs. I prefer the raw, unprocessed stuff.
-
I rarely use artificial sweetner unless its already in the food or beverage. Sometimes if there is no sugar left for coffee at a resturant I will use the blue packet. I always hated Sweet and Low in the pink for some odd reason.

Stivia, it is expensive, but it is not harmful. Taste is ok, certainly no worse than the other low-calorie sweeteners.
