I would probably stare, try my best to avert my gaze, but probably fail, stare a bit more, and then get depressed, and maybe either keep walking or offer to help her with food or maybe give her money for panties.
-
Since it is obvious that the lady is mentally ill, I guess there would be no need to give her a piece of my mind. I would turn my head the other way and keep walking!
-
Pray for her if your spiritual and be thankful it is not you. And I would look at her face and nothing else and do the above.
-
I'd probably laugh to myself, then keep an eye on her a few minutes to make sure she didn't walk into traffic or something like that.
-
Shalom, I would approach the woman, attempt to divert her from traffic or public, lead her into a safe place where I, or someone responsible, could contact her relatives or someone who could help her. ~ Aryeh

just reminds me why i hate going to LA at all
-
I would think at least she is house broken, and it's still better than somebody's dog peeing on my bushes.
-
That is a terrible scenario, HJ. I'd try to find a policeman who could take that poor lady somewhere to get some help. Obviously she is not in her right mind. :) Happy Tuesday! :) ((hugs))
-
Help, the only thing that would come to mind.
-
Look away & look around to make sure there ain't no camera's around taping it for an episode of Jackass the new movie!
-
Think "the poor woman is obviously mentally ill..." and keep walking.
-
Tell Seattle to close the window. Their citizens are escaping again.
-
I'm not sure. My instincts would be to help her but many people can't be helped. It would have to happen for me to know.
-
Shame. Because I know I will not do anything for her and I should. And if I did try to help in some way I would probably end up getting arrested.
-
I'd inform the cops so they could inform the mental ward she escaped from.
-
ignore her... sometimes paying attention sets them off or sometimes theyre faking and want attention.. im saying this bc i live in nyc and people to weird things for attention or sympathetic donations.
-
Even knowing she was mentally ill, I would still be a bit shocked to actually see someone do that. I'd probably try to avoid eye contact and go about my business
