What do you think about the Sean Bell shooting verdict? Fair or Unfair?

Very unfair. We don't know all the details, but it looks like Sean Bell and his friends, who were unarmed, did not know they were being surrounded by police (who were not in uniform.) Bell probably thought that he was being surrounded by thugs.

Hard to say what was fair or unfair just because they released very little detail about what actually went down. But i trust the judge and his decision, i mean you cant easily be come a judge by making incorrect decisions.

But another issue comes out of this tragedy. How are people supposed to know if plain clothed/undercover police are real or not? Anyone can just target someone and say they are police and flash some phony police id these days.
