That is something men generally do. Married, single, young, old, etc. The male of the species exists only for breeding. Birds ruffle feathers, lions roar, and men flirt. Generally, flirting is meant in fun, and to prove you are attractive to the opposite sex. Don't allow him to get out of hand though. Draw a line and don't let him cross it.

engaging in a relationship like this will end up in one of you getting fired or you might get married who knows but chances are... if you can't look past them as compliments, report him and he might get fired(worst option in my opinion) take it as a compliment and gracefully decline(might get fired yourself) or accept his invitation (you might both get fired) i think it is best not to start a relationship in the workplace... you will distract each other and become a nuisance to the work environment... unless you keep it strictly outside of the workplace which is almost impossible. Don't dip the pen in the company ink!
