Generally speaking, no. Though there are provisions for reallocating domains that are not being used. Remember that trademarking only reserves names within a cetain area of trade, so that different companies can have the same name trademarked for totally different products - such a Sun Oil and Sun Computers. In this case, Sun Computers, as part of the original internet, got sun,com firsat, and Sun Oil, despite being an older company, had to make do with sunoil.com. Ifyou can give a good reasn why you need, and will use, the domain, you are unlikely to have it taken away. If, however, the authorities belkieve you are just holding the domain to hold another company to ransom, they may do so. So you had better be clear *why* you need that domain.
