Almost certainly not. I have never heard of anything that could make testicles "burst". There is no pressure inside them (whatever over-excited teenagers may feel) to make them burst. They basically hang down there doing their own thing, and unless you maltreat them, they make no demande at all. (Mind you, the testosterone they produce makes other parts of the body have demands - but that is a different question).

No that is not true. However, it is possible to damage other parts of your body by stifling a sneeze. My mother once pulled a muscle in her back by doing that.
