The great wall has it's marvelous history to it. Not only about war, but about the families who traveled far to build the wall in hopes to find ways to support their families. Many people of free will or slaved, died while building that wall. Not only is it a monument of War, but it's a large burial tomb as well. It was meant to keep the Hans from invading the Chinese borders, but yet somehow, the Hans were still able to get through.

I think it is a remarkable feat of engineering that had a high human cost. And no, you can't see it from space.
