Does anyone, besides me, have a viable solution to refreeze the arctic?

I don't know your answer. I have thought of wrapping the green areas with white reflector fabric to keep it cooler, of course it would take a lot of wrap. The real problem is figuring out how to keep our globe from being totally populated by people. Maybe living underground to leave the surface for plants and animals but so many people would be depressed in living underground. The physiological affect is probably mostley negative. I think we are going to have to learn how to live closer together and use more vertical buildings. Kick the oil habit and go electric and we will terrifically improve our odds.
