2 outs, man on 2nd. Batter grounds to pitcher. Pitcher throws to 1st, pulling 1b off of bag. Ump calls him out. Runner on 2nd continues past 3rd to home. Coaches "appeal" the play to home ump, he rules batter was safe. Should runner go back to 3rd?

Firstly, one umpire CANNOT overrule another umpire. That was the Base umpire's call and only he can decide if he wants to talk to the plate umpire about whether there was a pulled foot or not. Then it is the base umpire who changes his call on the play at first. As for the runner at second, I would place the runner back at third but not sure what rule reference to quote.
