Mmmm.... what a question! Influence in poetry generally means that they are recognised by the poetry establishment. And even then: which poetry establishment? Plus: someone who only publishes on the internet? Is that what you mean? Or a poet who publishes books, but who also has a website? Lots of "recognised" poets have websites. So, do you mean internationally recognised poet who only publishes on the internet? I'm not aware of any... Sorry to answer your question with a lot more questions and at the end with an "I don't know" but influential poetry still only really exists in books and journals these days. Hopefully those times will change, but at the moment it's still very much a 20th century thing. However, there are some excellent poetry sites including this british one: http://www.poetryarchive.org
