Neat and clean is important. If looking like a supermodel is what HR wants, and they aren't in that type of business, run.

I work in the ICU and my Unit Director I have seen higher based soley on work ethics, experience, and skills. There is a variety as far as looks go where I work! If looking for me...I am the cute one! ;) Shelly
