If you are interviewing for a job you really want, then you should have already done your homework. Use the background information you have dug up and use it in the interview. When they ask you why you want to work for them...say that you were impressed with company x's growth and wanted to be at a place that was on the way up! They will be impressed that you did your homework. Typical Answers: The position offers growth potential. The position will allow me to utilize my education. The position will allow me to utilize my experience. The position will be better suited to my (likes, hobbies, career path, etc.) Good Luck!
