Remove the caliper, spray with a good penetrating oil and let sit for a few hours. Then use a propane torch to heat the area around the bolt. Then using a 5 point socket, and a breaker bar remove the bolt. A long pipe for leverage can help. I have also used a 1/2 inch drive deep well socket that fits over the handle of my breaker bar and a 1/2 inch extension to make my breaker bar handle longer.
