New Question: Can anyone give me an address to write to to cancel my AOL subscription in FRANCE? Can't find it anywhere on the Internet. Can't cancel with my french bank as aol are using my card number.

you will have to call on the telephone/cellphone. they will want the opportunity to cry outloud that you are giving up your membership. they will blame themselves for not making your aol experience fun. you have to be very rigid with them to make shure they cancel for good.

Bit of a problem there - my french is not that good. And when you ring you first have to get past a recorded message. I need an address so I can write then my bank will cancel the payments.

Maybe you could get in touch with AOLs head office and explain your predicament and they maybe able to help:-)
