Thank you. And why do they say a TV episode is "all new?" would they piece together an old episode with new scenes? I think it's the compulsion of humans to throw words into a sentence in order to convey emphasis.

Sure it can. For cleaning liquids, if they change the formulation, it's new. If it cleans better, it's improved. Under the same name, it wuld be BOTH, new and imporved. For foods, they could add vitamins, and change the spices, making it new. If the flavor is slightly changed, or it will last longer, or whatever, it's improved. So selling it under the same name would make it new and improved.

Probably the size of the packaging for the benefit of making more money on less product issued. I can remember the nickel Hershey bars. They were double the size of the ones that sell for a dollar these days.
