My boyfriend seems to be having troubles lasting a while in bed. Any ideas how to help? Or any idea what the problem might be?

• He is aware, he thinks theres somethign wrong with him. I don't think he really has a "problem". I just think he hasnt figured out how to hold it. Every so often tehre are times when it's longer and i'm sort of amazed that he was able to. so i'm not sure what it is, but i try to help make him feel confident and hope that it's going to help.

• I just wish we could figure it out. He keeps beating himself up because on top of having trouble lasting long in bed, he has trouble making me orgasm. and i try to tell him its okay, and its getting better. but he still beats himself up. However i do wish we could figure out what makes me orgasm.

• How long can he last? I have trouble having an orgasm too. It has nothing to do with my husband. Its a mental issue with us too. A lot of women don't have orgasm's during intercourse. I'm having to work on that. Some say its because of stress or your not able to let go so to speak.

• Sometimes it's within a few minutes maybe 3-5 from the time he goes in. and sometimes it can be 15-20 minutes... but lately thats even been hard to do. but once in a great while it'll be even longer. 30+ minutes.
  i was thinking the orgasm thing could be me. only i cant figure it out? over the last 4 months and the amount we've had sex, i've probably only orgasmed twice, and i was almost there one other time. i just cant figure out what makes those times different from any other time.
  I just dont know what to do differently. and i've tried working on the mental thing. I tried to get myself to be more into the mood of it but it doesnt seem to work.

• I can't figure out the orgasm thing either. With me it just keeps building and building and never releases. Its very frustrating. He will keep going but then I start to get sore. I've tried to relax more but its just not happening. I'm not sure what to do.I have read there are so many different factors that can effect it. Depression, medications,stress etc.
  
  No matter how guys like to brag, I think your man is pretty average. Its not much diffrent with my husband on lasting. But the practice stopping and starting does work over time.

  I've tried to read up on the orgasm thing to and all i see all over is "oral" and personally i'm not so confident in being naked to begin with, so when the oral thing comes along, im not so much into it. He doesnt have a problem with it. he likes doing it to me. But i rather be close to him and kiss him rather than him be between my legs kissing or using his hands. and sometimes im just not in the mood for that. i guess im just not into the oral thing.. or maybe im just not comfortable with it.
