  • Gas is normal with an increase in fruit intake. Looks like you have a good balance, though: grapes tend to loosen stool, while bananas harden them, so you're not likely to get constipated OR get diarrhea as long as you're eating them in good proportion. It should only take your body a few days to even out. If you want to help it along, trade a few of your Diet Cokes for plain water.
  • The artificial sweetener in diet soda can cause diahrrea in some people. Read up about it. It would be far healthier to drink water or one regular soda a day. 4 to 6 is really too much. Also nothing is wrong with a few pieces of chocolate. Just don't eat a pound of it!
  • I didn't really wanna get technical... but when I say horrible digestive effects I mean really wierd bowel movements... like fluffy with partially digested food. sorry to be so graphic I just want to know if its normal for a little while or when I should worry... has it happened to anyone else?
