No. Light ALWAYS travels at C in a vacuum. But the speed of the space craft also needs to be considered. The craft behind will be travelling towards the middle craft, therefore intercepting the light beam before the craft at the front which is moving away from the source. OFC the difference here depends on how far apart the spacecrafts are to begin with.

but relative to the middle space craft..it seems that they are not moving and all are at same distance..so the light should reach at same time..are't they contradicting!!!!
