There is a Print Screen button most likely in the upper right hand corner of the keyboard. Mine is abbreviated as 'prt sc' it is a 2nd function so I have to press 'function' (abbrv. 'fn') to use it and then you can right mouse click and paste it into a Paint or Word document and print or edit as desired.

www.snapfiles.com go to the freeware section in the search box type print-screen and a list of software comes up one that I use is called MWsnap3 very simple to use, run arrow across box's till you see one that says snap any area, click it and a box opens, you then click and draw a box around area you want to take a pic of and then left click and it jumps over into snap box, be sure under setting the tab that says auto saving change the type of format pic is save from bmp to jpeg, click apply and OK and then up at top save as, then to where ever you choose.

I normally press ''PrtSc'' (print screen) on the upper right of the keyboard. Then I pull up Windows Paint (under ''Accessories'' on the ''Program'' menu) and press ''Ctrl V''. You can then edit the image in various ways, save it and/or print it onto paper.
