  • I used to work graveyard at a service station, that was 10pm til 8am. The best thing to do in your situation is sleep in on the days you have work, so that you're not tired when 2:30 rolls around, it'll take awhile to get yourself sussed, but you just need to shuffle your bodyclock
  • I worked those hours for years, both part-time and full-time. Just get plenty of rest. You can sleep immediately when you get home or stay up in the AM and sleep later in the day. I don't think it will be too hard. I found an 11PM-8AM shift to be much harder. After you get used to it, 3 AM will seem like 3 PM to most day workers. Bring a healthy lunch to work. Good luck.
  • well my friend I was in the military many times we had no sleep we learned to sleep standing so you have to adjust youre ability to endure the time frame you will be working
