No. I can't even imagine where to begin with a ''why not''. It just screams of Big Brother, I don't need to be tracked. I've survived 19 years without such a device and I'm confident I can survive many more.

... on a card that I can carry in my wallet, maybe ... but certainly NOT inside me, no. I do not mind having my info watched, but I would not be able to tolerate an invasion into my body. I also would not want anything that has any adverse effect on my body's nervous system, internal energies, or Chi ... I do not even like to wear jewelry, let alone get a chip planted in me ...
