Step one, learn to toss a bag up and down in your right hand, and catch it, without being able to see your hand. When you are juggling, you are looking at the flight of what you are throwing, not your hand. Then, make sure you can do the same with your left hand, just up and down, over and over, without looking at your hand. when you get that much figured out, let me know. I'll give you step Two

It's a thing of skill, so the main thing is to practice. It may or may not be surprising that it's easier to juggle with one hand than with two. With two hands you have to coordinate both in sync with each other and whatever you're juggling, so start with one hand. Start with something easy, like a beanbag or a non-bouncy ball. Toss it up a couple times to get a feel of it. Hold two beanbags in your dominant hand, and toss one up to about the height of your head. As it reaches it's peak, toss the other one up. You should move your hand around (towards and away from you is best) so that the two items are not bumping into each other. Get in a rhythm: Throw, throw, hand-forward catch, hand-back throw, hand-forward catch, hand-back throw. Repeat repeat repeat, until you don't have to think about it anymore. From there it simply takes practice and patience. Remember to watch the item you're throwing, and not your hand.

one of the eisiest ways to learn is wtach tutorials on you tube if you cant find someone near you to teach you. before doing three balls, try 2 in one hand, then two in the other. then do three. other objects are better taught visually

try using scarves, three different colors, make a circle depending if your right handed or left handed, going clockwise let go a different color each time you reach 12 o clock, once you get that down you can use balls let go one ball with ur left hand and hold to balls in your right as you let go the one ball trasfer one ball from your right hand too ur left and keep going.
