  • think to yourself "is it really worth the calories?" then make yourself something healthy and delishh. or, just settle for something not as junky.
  • I try to stuff myself with a salad.
  • There are books in the bookstore that shows you how to make fast food, but healthier. They're just recreation of fast food recipes but has less calories, less fat, etc. You might want to check out your bookstore for it.
