Being a canadian citizen and i marry a american citizen and after one year of marriage, can i become automatically become a us citizen?

No. Nothing with US Immigration is automatic. First your spouse will have to sponsor you for permanent residency, and then after being a permanent resident for three years you can apply to become a US Citizen. There is a lot more involved than that, but that's it in a nutshell.
