  • National Treasure: Book of Secrets B+ I enjoyed it, but not nearly as much as the first one.
  • Across the Universe, and I'd have to say that it was probably an A-
  • Yes . I watched Universal Soldier about 2 hrs ago and I would give a 'B'
  • The Bucket List and I give it an A+!
  • ostad SHAHRIAR
  • Once upon a Time in China. It's a 3 movie set. Still working our way through it. Loved the first two films. Jet Li is AWESOME!!!
  • National Treasure 2. I'd say 8.1 out of 10. Very fun film that gives us a nice little (if forgivably expected) story/action with nice visuals.
  • American History X. It's a very poignant film, very well done and all, but somewhat too orchestrated for it to be really plausible. No, not saying that Neo Nazis don't exist, that racism doesn't exist, or that people aren't strong enough to get out of it or others aren't kind hearted enough to help those who would spit on them and everything. But I mean the way everything just happens doesn't really seem to fit the inconveniences of real life, especially in a chaotic scheme such as this. As if there would be a school principle so preoccupied with a student to go this far for him and still ask about the older brother years after he left school, (Especially when so many black kids probably need his help.) and as if there would be one guy in jail who understands that the guy wants out of his white supremacy clan and is nice enough to protect him. I guess these convenient stringing of the events, although entertaining and quite emotive, was overshadowed by the tragic ending. And with that, despite its message, I think the film kind of sides with the white people a little too much. :/ So, 7/10.
  • 10,000 B.C.- A 4 out of 5, looks great, good story, but a little too short!
  • Semi-Pro A comedy starring Will Ferrell and Woody Harrelson that spoofs the basketball movie genre. Some of the scenes were quite funny but the movie as whole was very uneven, it lagged at times while some of the characters were undeveloped. I give it a 6/10.
  • Cloverfield. I'd give it an 7.5 out of 10. I am a sucker for those kind of flicks though I thought the love story part of it was piped in and lame.
