I love single malt whisky's. Irish whiskey is normally my overall favorite- Bushmill's 10 year old in particular, but I also like Scotch. Probably my favourite indulgence is sitting in a restaurant after a great meal and sipping a double Talisker.

The Rasberry Pilsner at McMinniman's resturant in Portland. They brew it there just to serve in the resturant, so you can't get it in stores, but it is incredible.

I used to just grab whatever kind of alchohol happened to be closest. But I had an unfortuante run-in with a Miller-Lite once, and now I'm pretty much just stick to tequila or vodka. I don't drink often though, because it's alot harder than you would think to get ahold of decent tequila in East Texas.

Depends on the weather. Cabernet Sauvignon if it's cold. Speights Beer if it's hot. Absinthe with sugar, water and ice - the proper way, if I want to really relax.
-
It really does depend on what my mood is and what I am doing. To watch a football game, you can't meat a good bottled beer, from the fridge (think Hoegarden or the like). If I'm out drinking, pints of smooth bitter will do nicely thankyou, Tetleys, John Smiths or Caffreys. If I'm just relaxing in the sunshine or enjoying Christmas day with the rest of the family, a glass tumbler with a cream liquer such as Bailey's or Amarula, over ice is gorgeous and canot be beaten.
