sorry, this was an answer to another question. Must have gotten the questions mixed up.

You should ask her yourself. That is solid proof.
-
Then tell the cops or a friend about this suspicious activity! Please don't make the poor child be sexually abused on your behalf. Do whatever you can to help! Good luck!
-
Take the child to a family doctor and ask if she is violated. Then he will take it out of your hands.
-
You can make an anonymous report. They are the ones who are going to check out.
-
If you are convinced that abuse is occurring then contact a child protection organisation, but be very sure of yourself because it can ruin innocent people.
-
Would you be able to live with yourself if he really is abusing his child and you did nothing? Call Social Services. Your name is kept confidential.
-
You don't want to tell anyone because you don't want to look like a fool? If you believe it, then for gods sake, do something. make a report. It can be anonymous, and you can tell them that you suspect it, but have no solid proof. Tell them why you suspect it, what activities make you believe it, and they'll take it from there. This is a very serious issue, and the longer you wait, if your gut feeling is right, the more damage it will do. Please report it.
