What would be a good multimedia/design application for me to make as my final year project. i.e website, flashh application, etc. It should be user interactive/informative/educational/persuasive/entertaining.

From what's been provided, anything would work. A website or a Flash project each have their own advantages and disadvantages but it depends on the intended use. It also depends on your own skills and familiarity with the programs available to you. (For example, it's a lot easier to work with a program you know when the project is, say, due tomorrow.) Rather than focusing on the format of the final result at this point, I would suggest expanding upon what your project is about and how to best represent any ideas you currently have. If you're at a loss for what to build, make something that would be useful to you. For example, try to make something that would look good in a portfolio or resume.
