Help answer this question below.
Ask him. Communication is undervalued.
Why wouldn't you go to a pharmacy and ask them, rather than post a question that complete strangers guess at the answer?
www.drugs.com lists this as Methylprednisolone on their pill identification page. Best wishes.
I found a web site listed below. It came up as a steroid
I just googled GG 957 drug
http://www.drugs.com/mtm/methylprednisolone.html
what pill would it be ok to find in your 14yr olds room?
Does he play any sports? It's a steroid...
It is good that you are trying to find out before you accuse him of anything. Teens are sensitive and communication is good-however being well informed is better than jumping his case not knowing all the facts. Plus if he is doing drugs and thinks you are too stupid to find out what it is he will most likely continue feeling more confident that you are not knowledgable. Teens/people messing with drugs are not likely to be honest about what they are doing. Most are in denial themselves, thinking that they are not doing any harm.
methylprednisolone, a corticosteroid used to treat asthma, swelling and other severe allergic reactions
to me that sounds like extacy talk to him about it say its ok but you dont want him to get hurt but be happy he could be doing worse
omg you should ask him because hes 14 and what if hes doing drugs, if you are his parent you have to ask your child
good thing you found it, I dont know what it is, but there seems to be pretty good answers here.
When my nephew was a teenager, my sister used to make him give her a strand of hir every month, stating it was four a drug test-it wasn't, but he didnt know that, kept him inline.
You can nip this in the bud-good luck.
Methylprednisone is not the kind of "steroid" used for athletes, to my knowlege..it is used for sinus infections, back injuries, or anthing involving swelling. It merely takes down inflamation. It comes in a package (medrol dosepak) where the user takes 6 pills the first day, then 5 the next, 4 the next, and so on until they are gone. If he's ever had asthma or a sinus infection, perhaps one of the 6 pills got missed and not taken?> I wouldn't be too paranoid about a pill from a medrol dosepak..pretty benign.
