I lost 63 lbs on one without ever getting hungry. My bad cholesterol went down and my good cholestorol went up. I went from a size 12 to a size 6. My blood glucose went down. (Note that none of these were ever outside the normal range.) Any more questions? :)

I dont know; carbs are necessary for overall health. I say that anybody active should never try one, and that everyone should at least attempt to be active. To lose real weight, eat in moderation.
