Thinking of entropy, do all models of any size eventually reach a point of synchronisation or would that violate some law. Or is this what a black hole does to its own matter?

This does not make sense. to the best of my understanding Entropy usually is referring to a closed system evening out in energy, if that is what you mean by synchronization, then yes all closed models. Heres the def of Entropy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entropy As for black holes I'm pretty sure we don't know exactly whats is happing inside but they do give off hawking radiation, so in a sense they do evaporate.
