I don't know if we'll be friends for life, but I certainly hope so. Only a few of my AB friends have my email, so we'd not be able to stay in touch if AB ever blew up :(

I certainly hope so. I have friends on here that are every bit as real and important to me as my "show up and drink all your beer" friends. Even if they are crazy. (y'all know who you are).

I'm pretty sure that I will have many friends for life here on AB. I exchange emails with a dozen fellow ABers and I even met one member in person. With over 300 people on my friends' list, I'm never lonely in here.:)

Yes, actually quite a few. I've met a few in person and have plans in the works for future meet-ups. They are not going to get off the hook to easily. Those I don't get to meet in person because of distance and time, I will stay in touch with and bug them to death till they respond. The best part of the internet is how it enables us to meet and get to know people all over the world and stay in touch with them. I love these folks as much as my neighbors and friends that I know in person.

Friends? BAH! Symbeline don't need none of those! Well actually, I don't know about for life, but I've definitely met a few people here who have become great friends in a short time, and I thank them all indeed for putting up with me. XD Either I'm being corny and mushy or some people here are just fantastic. ;)
