Do you prefer spinach or silverbeet?

I can't stand to even look at silverbeet, which is called spinach in Australia. Old style Aussie cooks used to boil the life out of it, then plop a serving on plates and expect children to eat it. I used to puke. Now I can't eat it unless it is hidden inside spinach and ricotta pasta.

There was never a hero for Silverbeet. What good did Silverbeet do for anyone? So at this juncture, you know what I prefer.
