Well in Mexico it's 2.60 something a gallon, but the cheapest is were you'd least expect it.. IRAQ!!!! .70 cents a gallon in the Middle East..not for our troops though they pay what we pay..but Iragis pay the cheapest along with Saudis and Pakistan..

I would reckon the gas price in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait is pretty low, but I don't know it exactly.

Just looked it up on CNN, It ranges from 6.48 in the Netherlands, and the lowest are Saudi Arabia Riyadh $0.91 Kuwait Kuwait City $0.78 Egypt Cairo $0.65 Nigeria Lagos $0.38 Venezuela Caracas $0.12
