Agree 100%. Your questions on friendship are very thought envoking. True friends can go years without seeing eachother and the friendship lasts on the mere trust that the other is doing what is right for them, and then pick up the friendship right where they left off, years and years later.

I think the more you have in common, the more you view life in a similar way, the longer you stay friends. Growing separately, if that growth takes you in a disparate direction, will end the friendship or at least change the texture of it...at least that has been my experience. You gravitate toward those with whom you have the most in common...at least that is true for me! :)
