  • No not an expert, just trying to help... try and find free software that will record whatever sound is playing on you computer(sound capture), then play both files at the same time. Thats what I'd try.
  • Do you have editing software (Windows Movie Maker comes with Windows)? Just import them into the editor, split the video from the audio, and delete the video. You will have two audio tracks you can mix. Then when you are ready, export them into one audio file (.wav). If you want, export each track into two separate audio files and import them into an audio editor like Audacity and mix them.
