  • Yes. Mistakes are inevitable. It is quite common for there to be false information on your criminal record. Everyone, even those that say they don't, judge others.
  • I don't know many places that would hire someone with a criminal record. If you had access to it, and there were false information in it, I'm not sure how you would go about getting it corrected..maybe go to the ACLU? Sure...if there is bad info on you anywhere and decisions are based on it, then the resulting decisions won't be based on truth. Junk in junk out! :)
  • The object here is to have any inaccurate information in your record, corrected BEFORE, you complete a job application that requires a criminal record check. Does this makes sense?
