Nope... I prefer instant iced tea. If I want brewed tea, I will drink it hot/warm with milk and sweetner, and usually make it in my coffeemaker. (Sorry brewed tea lovers.)

Tastewise they are about the same to me. I always boil my water for tea when I make it though. My gram told me years ago that you had to have boiling water for all the good stuff in the tea to be released. I do not know if that is true or not, but I still do it.

i don't think the taste is any different, perhaps it's milder. i have a gallon jar that we make sun tea in, i love the sight of that glass jar sparkling in the sunshine on our picnic table.... first sign that summer's coming!

I think the taste is psychological. The glimmering jar really says summer. I live up in Minnesota so its stove made for me most of the year.
