  • I've experienced it here, and I just let them do that. They can try to make me feel stupid, but what matters is that I'm not stupid. Most of the time ;)
  • Smile, roll my eyes and remember that I am not stupid.
  • If they're being hateful about it, I let them know which body part I wish for them to suck.
  • I think "Stupid is as stupid does"
  • Ignore them. If they are one of my "friends," they would no longer be my friend. If not, walk away. I know that I am not stupid and that anyone who knows me realizes this. If they are doing this in public to you, they are making themselves look like cretins.
  • Ask them to explain it to me like I am a two year old. That usually gets my point across.
  • I'm consider myself pretty clever, so I usually make a statement that makes them pause in mid sentence while they are comprehending what I said until they realize that I just made them look like an ass. If it's really getting on my nerves, I go with the "dude, shut up.", or if a lady, "Shut up." If it continues on or if it's so annoying and from a guy, I tend to forget being clever or saying shut up and go for the punch to the face. That tends to solve the problem pretty fast. Those are the ways I go about solving the problem, hope one of those works for you.
  • Play the fool (as if I wouldn't) to keep them ignorant. That way I hold an advantage, in that they're underestimating me. That knowledge might come in handy later on...
  • you should ignore the person and make new friends, nothing makes you feel stupid when you have good friends. OR just change the subject
  • Feeling stupid happens on its own. If you feel another individual is trying to make you feel stupid, you must have doubts already.
  • who cares. they are not going to succeed so let them try. worst that can happen is nothing. they might (unlikely as it is) show me the error of my way
  • ignore them and dont say a word incase you do say something stupid
