A deuce is a two and a trey is a three. I don't know why, but old-fashioned instructions for card games use those words a lot.

the Number '2' card, in some pocker games the deuces are wild, which means it can represent any card that you need to win the hand. So if you are playing pocker and duces are wild, then having a hand of 2-5-6-7-8, will make it straight, and if they are all the same suit then you got a straight flush :)
