  • To stay alive- do you object to them being alive?
  • Cause they are hungry?
  • The question is more why do other people not eat dogs. A dog is made of meat in exactly the same way as cows, sheep and pigs are. There is no logical reason not to eat dogs just tlike the others. There is, however, an emotional reason. In the West, we have welcomed dogs into the household and treat them, to some extent, as junior members of the household. And, of course, while you can eat animals you cannot eat members of the household. Those who eat dogs do not regard them as members of the houshold but as ordinary animals.
  • South Koreans do as well but not as many. Well, who ever said that dogs shouldn't be eaten and cows and pigs could be eaten? Are dogs more superior? I do not think so. All the creatures and races are never superior then one another. The only problem about this is, people keep dogs as pets. So people often frown upon eating dogs. Many people in Asia do not eat dogs. In South Korea, less than 20% of the South Korean population have ever eaten dogs. And in South Korea and "some" parts of China, the dogs are killed without any pain. Don't be fooled by YouTube videos that show mistreatments of dogs in South Korea and Taiwan, because these 2 countries (at least the major corporations) , treat these dogs carefully and kill them by slitting there throats, which they bleed to death painlessly. The big point here is that every culture is different. Japan eats horses, Europe and Russia sometimes eats wolves. Different cultures might surprise you but that is just how they became different from all the other races.
  • I'm sure someone in India is asking, "Why do Americans eat cows?"
