Jobs in the UK are granted to UK/EU citizens who have the skills required to do the work. When skilled people in the UK/EU can't fill the job then it is common for UK employers to look abroad. If you have skills that are uncommon yet desired in the UK then you will stand a good chance of finding work. If not, then there are few options. If you are young enough you might apply for a gap year work permit. Seek advice from the nearest UK Embassy or consulate.
