Is it possible to die from cramps (as in the monthly)?

LOL, no but it feels like it sometimes huh? taking birth control helps with cramps and PMS....A LOT

They may feel so bad that you feel like you're gonna die, but I don't think anyone's ever actually died from them. You ever tried PMS medicine, or take asperin, aleve, etc?

Just make sure not to keep a gun anywhere near by. The cramps won't kill on their own.

as far as i know you cant die from those.

nah, it just feels like it. Heres what I do when they get really bad..I take four ibuprofen with a glass of soy milk and I take a really hot bath with the essential oil of clary sage. It works.
