If you saw an average, everyday person get hit by a car, would you stop and render aid or would you mind your own business and continue about your day?

I have no training in first aid, so I would be afraid of doing more harm than good. That being said, I would immediately call 911 and stay very close to the person...scream and holler for someone who COULD help..talk to them/try to reassure them if they were not knocked out. if I am a witness to someone getting hit by a car, or any other type of accident/injury it IS my business and my day can wait.

After I finished being shocked and/or screaming a little, I'd rush over there and do what I can. It's been a long time since I've done first aid but I would do what I could. And hopefully if there is someone else around they would join, even if it's just to call for help. If I was with someone else, one would stay and they other could get the help.

well when i get my breath back i will call 999 and then do basic 1st aid (really basic) check there not chocking on anything and talk to them (if there awake) to make sure they dont pass out, cover them up to keep them warm and try to put pressure on any wounds

I would def. stop & do whatever I could. I was nearly killed in a wreck myself knocked unconcious while my 4 yr old & 10 yr were there scared that I was dead. If someone had not been there for them it would have been even more tramatic for them. Thank God, they were both unharmed!

After searching the person to make sure they are indeed average and everyday (unlike not average people), I would call 911. But really a thorough check into their averageness could take a few hours, so they might be dead by then.
