Large buildings such as are used for office buildings and industries produce enough heat from the people, machines, electronics, lights, etc. that they don't need heaters. Instead, they have to run air conditioners all year round. The main places where energy is used is not for heating. It is for transportation, cooling in the summer, and running the appliances of our modern life.
