My daughter went through the same thing... There is a shot called, "Rhogam" the doctor should have you take to prevent any illnesses for you or the baby and then they check you and the baby again after birth... but all should be okay and you shouldn't have any further complications.... so, don't spend time worrying... that's not healthy for the baby. :-)
