A very reliable and well-known website is www.ripoffreport.com . There are hundreds of thousands of companies for consumers to sift through or report on. It is very useful.

I would use the squeakywheel or scam.com . Before you post on that particular site ,make sure you google it and read all the pros and cons .I can tell you now there is alot on that site that is not right and the staff is very unfriendy to anyone other than the original poster .

http://www.badbusinesspractices.org is a blog that allows people to post the ways different companies cheat their customers. If you have a story, they want to hear it. The worst businesses are blacklisted and sent letters asking them to end the particular practice.
