I would have to say that would depend on WHO the person is and HOW they deliver their compliments. I mean, you wouldn't be wearing whatever it is, unless YOU found it appealing, right? They could just share that common-interest with you. At times, perhaps, but typically, I'd have to say that no would be the safer assumption... <br> I'm new to this...hope I didn't confuse you more...lol!

I don't really think anything of it. I really just like that they noticed. Though, if they said it in a certain way, like a suggestive tone or phrasing, then I might think they found me attractive. An example would be: "You smell amazing," is much more flirtatious than, "Wow, you smell great. What're you wearing?" But, that's just me, I suppose...
