  • Use a small amount of gasoline & rub it off with a soft cloth.
  • Bug and Tar removers work well to remove the gum after peeling stickers off. It may take some muscle and rubbing...and a lot of bug-n-tar remover and a lot of towels and paper towels, but it will work. The more you can let the gum soak, the easier it will come off. I did this with large taxi signs all over a car before. Some say heating the sticker w/ a hairdryer helps, too, since it will help soften the glue.
  • One good way is to use a hair dryer to heat the area, which will soften the adhesive. Once it's soft enough to take the logo off, you can remove the remaining adhesive residue with tar&bug remover, WD-40, or lighter fluid. If you use lighter fluid or any other kind of solvent (like gasoline or paint thinner), make sure you wash the area IMMEDIATELY after removing the adhesive, or it may damage the paint and clearcoat.
  • adhesive remover or a heat gun or blow dryer
  • Believe it or not I have always used crisco or olive oil. Soak the sticker or glued on items with it, then thoroughly clean with soap and water.
  • I would try using Goo Gone is a small in conspicous place like under the hood or trunk of the car. I believe it won't do any damage. I have used it successfully to remove the most stubborn adhesives from delicate materials. Just rub it in for a few minutes and the surface comes clean. http://www.magicamerican.com/googone.aspx
